Please fill out our waiver before your first climb
Before accessing our facilities we require a waiver to be filled out to make you aware of the risks associated with climbing and remove ambiguity in terms of liability in an accident. Anyone entering the climbing area will be required to fill a waiver in.
18+ Unsupervised
Please fill out this waiver is you are 18+. If you wish to bring novices bouldering then please also fill out the Bouldering Supervision form in addition to this one.
U18 Supervised
This form MUST be filled out by a parent or legal guardian. For under 18s being supervised by an adult. Supervision of the child must be kept at all times in the centre.
Bouldering Supervisor
Fill out this form if you are going to supervise novices bouldering. You will also have to have filled out an 18+ waiver for yourself.
